Can I return my order?
We accept returns only when:-
- You receive a faulty or damaged product
- You receive an expired product.
If the packet is opened, we shall not take any returns. To arrange for a return mail us your request on spiceinlaw@gmail.com with proper and clear photographs of the product along with the shipping label and order ID within 24hours from the delivery. Also, the consumer will have to bear the charges for the return arrangement.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before the package is dispatched.
I ordered a product by mistake, what should I do now?

I forgot my password. What do i do now?
We do not store your passwords. Therefore to reset your password, click on the ‘Forgot password’ option in your account section. An email will be sent to you containing a reset link on your registered email id.
How does the delivery process work?
- After we receive your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are the items packaged?
We pack our products in shipping boxes, the edges are then secured with a help of tape. The shipping box is packaged in bubble wrap, after which it safely goes inside a shipping bag.
My order has been shipped. Now how do I track it?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can also find these details in the ‘My orders’ section in your account dashboard.
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our location.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch all the orders in 2-3 working days. However, some orders may encounter delays due to national holidays or unforeseen circumstances such as ‘National Lockdown’ or ‘Bandhs’. Mostly all orders are delivered within 5-6 business days depending upon the receiver’s address.
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable'?
A product that is out of stock or temporarily unavailable cannot be added to the cart. We try our best to restock products as soon as possible.
I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
It can be re-attempted on request. Mail us on spiceinlaw@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 9998237393 within 24 hours from the missed delivery. If no intimation is received the order automatically gets cancelled and in case of pre-paid orders, no refund shall be made.
